Richard Danielpour: Quintet For Piano And Strings (Miniature Score)

This Piano Quintet, written over the summer of 1988, is in three movements - a fast, desperate 'Anunciation', a lyrical and conversational 'Atonement' (the heart of the work) and the quick, rhythmic and resultant 'Apothesis'. These are not programmatic but imply the general character of each movement.
