Wilhelmsen Unitor W-66S Oxygen Flashback Arrestor - 105 m3/h - 302976

Wilhelmsen Unitor W-66S Oxygen Flashback Arrestor - 105 m3/h - 302976

Benefits Stops the pressure front and flame front. Stops gas from back feeding into the system. Prevents fire from being supported by gas. Signal lever will show if the pressure sensitive cut-off has been activated; the lever is also used for resetting the flashback arrestor. Unitor W-66S Oxygen is the No. 1 choice for Flame Arrestors (Flashback Arrestors) certified and under surveillance by The Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (German: Bundesanstalt fr Materialforschung und -prfung, or BAM) and OCIMF/RIGHTSHIP compliant. The Wilhelmsen W-66S protects regulators and gas cylinders against flashback and detonation. Maritime authorities, such as the Norwegian Maritime Directorate, require the installation of flashback arrestors for acetylene and oxygen to prevent flashbacks. Flashbacks can occur when incorrect maintenance or use of gas welding equipment causes a flame to travel back through the hoses and into the regulator or cylinder. This can lead to an explosion or fire. Flashback arrestors work by interrupting the flow of gas if a flashback occurs, preventing the fire from spreading. Note. For safety, we recommend annual testing and replacement of flashback arrestors every 5 years, in line with COSWP UK, OCIMF SIRE, and RIGHTSHIP RISQ requirements. Features Pressure sensitive cut-off valve to prevent further gas supply after a flashback (activated by the pressure shock in front of the flashback) . Temperature activated cut-off valve to prevent further gas supply in case of fire (activated if the temperature rises to approximately 100 C) . Flame filter/arrestor to quench the flame front of a flashback or a burn back. Non-return valve for preventing reverse flow of gases, thereby preventing a gas mixture from reaching pipelines or cylinders. Resettable. Marking of manufacturing date and serial number for traceability.

Rocol Biogen Wire Rope Lubricant 18KG

Rocol Biogen Wire Rope Lubricant 18KG

The Biogen Wire Rope Lubricant is a high-performance, biodegradable dressing designed to provide exceptional lubrication and protection for wire ropes in marine, industrial, and crane applications. Its pseudo-plastic rheology allows it to penetrate deep into the rope's core under shear, then revert to a grease-like consistency to prevent dripping, fling, and water wash-off. Offering a wide operating temperature range of -50C to +180C, it provides outstanding corrosion protection, even in saltwater environments. The lubricant forms a thin, non-tacky film to minimise dirt build-up, ensuring smooth operation and reduced wear. Environmentally responsible and VGP-compliant, it outperforms mineral oil-based alternatives without compromising safety or cable performance. Features and Benefits Environmentally safe and biodegradable, fully compliant with VGP regulations Specially formulated for use with wire ropes in maritime, industrial, and crane settings Utilises pseudo-plastic rheology to penetrate rope cores effectively Transitions back to a grease consistency, avoiding drips, fling, and water wash-off Performs reliably across an extensive temperature range of -50C to +180C Provides superior corrosion resistance, including in salty conditions Leaves a clean, non-sticky coating to minimise dirt and debris build-up Enhances rope longevity by reducing strand wear and ensuring smoother operation Delivers exceptional performance and safety, surpassing mineral oil-based products
