Echeveria 'Devotion' - Beautiful fury red leaves

This Echeveria is stunning with its freely branching nature it soon fills a pot with dark green fury leaves featuring bright deep red edges. This is succulent plant enjoys the sunshine and its colours become more vibrant as the summer progresses and the UV light gets stronger. Echeveria 'Devotion is no more difficult to care for than other Echeverias and indeed just as rewarding with is bright medium height flowers in spring. This plant forms a medium height full shrub like shape and will grow to at least 30cm high in 5 years. This plant is a great addition to a summer succulent bowl, see our guide below on how to plant. We water this plant well in the summer but it should be kept very dry and frost free in the winter months. See our care guide below for more compost and watering tips. The Echinocereus has a green body usually columnar with short spines held closely against the body.  Often the spines are shades of red in colour making a very attractive plant.  The stems are usually 8-10cm across and can grow up to 20cm in height. This Cactus has large purple flowers that are produced in early summer.  This Cactus is commonly known as the Rainbow cactus and the distribution is abundant throughout Arizona and Mexico.
