The monitor sounds an alarm to alert the caregiver when the patient breaks an infrared beam eliminating the need for sensor pads or strings attached to the patient. This monitor is battery powered not included making it completely portable andparticularly useful where the presence of cords or strings is undesirable.Beeping or chime alarm options sound locally at the bedside and the monitor also has a nurse call output allowing for connection to most nursecall systems when used with the optional nursecall cable. The InfraRed Bedside Monitor comes with a C-clamp and Velcro strips for easy mounting on the bed frame or on the headboard or footboard of the bed.An optional sturdy extension bracket is also available along with an optional mains power adapter. The communication between the panel and the mobile devices is provided by the FiRe application server which allows setting up users configuring panel features handles the authentication and can act as a firewall for the connected clients. The communication between the FiRe server and mobile application is based on a modern RESTlessREST REpresentational State Transfer interface. The provided mobile application allows the basic functionality of checking system status and basic control. The additional features OMWT One Man Walk Test and output tests streamline the installation and maintenance process. The mobile application is available in 12 languages for easier installer usage and acceptance. Aritech ATS1238 PIRcam PEB Panel Expansion Board 868mhz Gen2 For 32 Wireless Zones 16 Wireless KeyfobsThe ATS1238 Advanced Wireless Data Gathering Panel DGPreceiver expands the Advisor Advanced panels input capability by upto 32 zones using Carrier Security wireless PIRCam and 868MHz Gen2 Wireless Sensors i.e. PIR Door contact etc. The ATS1238 istypically installed inside the large poly housing and connected to theMI bus interface of the Advisor Advanced panel.The ATS1238 features spatial diversity to minimize wireless signalnulls or dead spots and has a nominal open-air receiving range of400m. If dead spots need to be eliminated a 868MHz repeater may beused for the 868Gen2 devices only.Data Gathering PanelsData Gathering Panels DGPs are used to expand the number ofalarm inputs on the system and allow inputs and relays to beconnected at a location remote from the Advisor Advanced. DGPscommunicate via poll reply messages and send alarms to the controlpanel for processing. The DGPs collect information from detectorsdoor contacts and other similar devices. There are DGPs available forconventional devices wireless devices as well as for intelligentaddressable devices. A special DGP is also available for collecting theinformation from either four door or lift controllers.FunctionalityThe ATS1238 Wireless Data Gathering Panel DGP receiver expandsthe Advisor Advanced panels input capability by up to 32 zones usingCarrier FS Learn Mode 868MHz Wireless Transmitters and PIRCameras.Fob buttons may be programmed for users to arm and disarm or tocontrol relays for example to remotely open and close a garage dooras well as arm or disarm an office security system.PIR Cameras can be used to take pictures from any event in thesystem which can be reported to a monitoring station or end usersphone for means of verification.EN50131The ATS1238 meets prEN50131Grade 2 specifications for wirelesssystems like Detector supervision and local and remote attenuation of- 6dB for commissioning and maintenance.
