Patol Automatic Cable Reeler with Stainless Steel Junction Box 23m 4 Core Retractable CableA rim seal fire detection system using Linear Heat Detection Cable LHDC can be installed at the edge of the rim seal of a floating roof tank. An Automatic Cable Reeler provides the electrical connection between LHDC and control panel and accommodates the rise and fall of the floating roof. The Patol Automatic Cable Reeler is installed at the top of the tank with the cable connected to the junction box located on the floating roof.The Automatic Cable Reeler adjusts for the movement of the roof uncoiling cable when the level falls and winding the cable when the level rises. This can also be used on a storage tank with Fixed roof and Internal Floating roof with alternative mounting arrangements. The mechanism is enclosed within a stainless-steel cabinet. The connecting cable is resistant to chemical and high temperatures.
