And yes - it's good enough - you don't need to sew the edges; the material won't run. If you want to give your rug a nice finish with a sewn edge, we recommend using jersey needles, which are specially developed for qualities like this. They penetrate the fabric easily without leaving holes. Or how about making a reversible blanket or vest with two different colours of fleece - double up on warmth, softness and use. Fleece dries quickly, is robust and durable and therefore very easy to bring along, for example as extra blankets in the caravan. Practical information about polar fleeceThe fabric is 145 cm wide and you buy it by the metre, so you get the length you need. This fabric paint pen is water-based and suitable for drawing on light-toned cotton, linen, silk, and textile blends with up to 20% synthetic fibres. Use your marker on already finished projects, or decorate them as you sew. Javana fabric paint rose 50ml

This textile paint is great – and easy to work with. It has a creamy texture – and covers well. The textile paint is water-based and suitable for light-coloured fabrics made of e.g. cotton, viscose, denim and other materials containing up to 20% synthetic fibres. We recommend that you always wash your fabric before starting to paint. Stir the paint well. When you have finished painting with textile paints, leave to dry for up to six hours before fixing with an iron. Do not iron directly onto your project. Lay a thin cloth over it. When dry, the paint is colourfast and washable. Turn your project inside-out and wash at up to 60°C.
