We recommend ironing it on before cutting out the pattern pieces - and remember to iron without steam (water can leave small stains and the high temperatures from the steam can change the surface of the fabric!) So you can be sure you get the best result matching the right size. Please remember to use jersey needles (item no. 46799 or 46028) when sewing in rib fabric. Partially OrganicThe products labelled partially organic have an organic content of at least 25%. It provides a slightly rustic look.  Some Practical Information This fabric consists of 96% organic cotton and 4% elastane. You choose the length you need for your sewing project – the width is 155 cm. The fabric shrinks 6% when washed.  When working with jersey, we recommend using a jersey needle, characterised by its medium tip – also known as ball point. The needle easily penetrates the knitted quality and prevents stitches and threads from running. For this type of jersey, we recommend jersey needles in size 70/80. Organic Products with this label consist of 95% organic content or more.
