Pattern your design We love jersey! It's soft, breathable, and comfortable – and the wonderful stretch gives you full flexibility for everyday tasks, big and small.  Cotton jersey with patterns is delightful. It makes the more traditional DIY designs – e.g., the classic short- or long-sleeved t-shirt – even more personal.  Let the pattern play a central role and discover how you create a unique wardrobe with several new favourites.   What will you sew? Jersey suits most things. For leggings and trousers, tops and t-shirts, or dresses and skirts. It's also a lovely material for a soft bodysuit for the little ones.  Explore our many different sewing patterns, or create your very own design.  Some practicalities This fabric consists of 92% organic cotton and 8% elastane; choose the length you need for your DIY project!  When working with jersey, we recommend using a jersey needle, which is characterised by having a medium point – also called ball point. The needle easily penetrates the knitted quality and prevents stitches and threads from running. For this type of jersey, we recommend jersey needles in size 70/80. Partially organic  Products with this label have an organic content of at least 25%. It could be, for example, fabrics with organic cotton mixed with other fibres. We've created this label so you can easily identify the proportion of organic content. BCI - Better Cotton Initiative Our cotton jersey is not only comfortable and of high quality; it's also BCI-certified. This means that the cotton in this product comes from farmers who follow the principles and criteria of the Better Cotton Initiative. By choosing BCI-certified products, you support a responsible approach to cotton production that considers both people and the environment.

Dralon green garden water repellent

Dralon green garden water repellent

Looking for new cushions and pillows for the terrasse? Dralon is your mate!Dralon is the fabric for outdoor living – elegant and practical with its water-resistant surface, high light fastness and durable characteristic. Perfect for many hours under the sun. Outdoor fabrics for the terrasseOur Dralon works wonders made into cushion covers and pillows, but also used as a tablecloth for the terrasse, the balcony or the garden. Water-resistant fabricDralon® is coated with CerdaCoat® to make it water/stain-repellent. It is not waterproof though. It is important to iron Dralon® after washing to maintain the coating. Fabric with a high light-fastnessEven though Dralon has a high light-fastness we still recommend not to leave your homemade beauties outside in the sun for too long. It’s inevitable that over time the sun will leave its trace. Make the effort to bring our outdoor cushions, pillows and tablecloths inside once in a while and rearrange a bit to avoid a change in colour. The Martindale rub count of this fabric is 25.000. What is Martindale?Martindale is a term used to tell you something about the durability and robustness of a fabric. The higher the Martindale rub count is, the more durable the fabric is. If you need the fabric to upholster furniture, we recommend that you pick a material with a minimum Martindale rub count of 20.000. This fabric has been awarded with a STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certification. What is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®?OEKO-TEX® is the world-leading label for textiles tested for harmful substances. Once the fabric has achieved a STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certification, it is your guarantee it has been tested and approved not to contain any harmful chemicals. Meaning it is neither harmful to you and your health and less harmful to the environment.
