Ziton FD310 End-to-End Beam Detector 5 to 120mOptical beam smoke detector consists of separate transmitter and receiver heads and a low level controller.The FD310 End to End infrared Optical Beam Smoke Detector OBSD has been designed using the latest optical technology incorporating modern industrial electronic and software techniques. This detector offers cost effective protection of large open area spaces with high ceilings. It is also very suited to applications where access to ceiling mounted smoke detectors presents practical difficulties.The system comprises a modern looking Transmitter head which emits a narrow beam of infra-red light to an associated Receiver head with a compact Low Level Controller. Once smoke crosses through and thus obscures the IR beam path the signal strength at the Receiver drops below a pre-set level which in turn results in an alarm condition. Both the detector heads Transmitter and Receiver have integrated alignment thumbwheels for ease of alignment. Using these thumbwheels provides a smooth and repeatable alignment process. The detector heads have up to 10 degrees of adjustment in both planes. For further adjustment a bespoke Adjustment Bracket is available which offers up to 180 degrees movement in both planes as well as a full 360-degree rotation.The FD310 has been designed so that it can be installed by one operator with its laser assisted alignment method combined with easy to use alignment LEDs offering a visual feedback. Integrated laser alignment aid can be activated at the Controller or at the Receiver head.The low level Controller incorporates a LCD display which offers a full icon-based easy-to-use interface unit. This Controller enables ease of commissioning testing and maintenance of the beam detection system. Ziton ZP752-2 Addressable Loop Interface Unit 13810-ZTThe ZP752-2 is a loop wired interface providing two conventional alarm circuits. It may programmed to operate from a single address a group or zone of devices or as a common output from any trigger device connected to the system.Power for the alarm circuits is supplied either from an external power supply unit or directly from the panels 24VDC supply via separate wiring. The ZP752-2 monitors its power supply and failure is reported to the main control panel automatically.On operation both sounder circuits are simultaneously activated. A red LED indicator is illuminated on the front of the unit to confirm operation.Fully monitored for open and short circuit faultsAny number of ZP752-2 units up to a max of 127 can be connected to the ZP loop. In systems complying with the recommendations of BS5839-1 where sounder response to the operation of a manual call point must be within 3 seconds up to 16 ZP752-2 output units assigned to the first 16 addresses on each loop can be operated within the time period.Wiring is monitored for open and short circuit faults by means of end of line resistors. Faults are automatically reported to the control panel together with the address of the ZP752-2 interface. An amber LED indicator on the front of the moulding is illuminated to indicate the fault condition.First and second fix installationDesigned for first and second fix installation the unit comprises an open back box containing all wiring terminals together with a front plate enclosure of high impact plastic housing all electronics printed circuit boards and selection switches. Ziton A45E-2 Addressable Interface ModuleThe A45E-2 addressable interface is designed for installation within the enclosures of equipment associated with fire detection systems. The unit is installed directly onto the ZP loop wiring carries a system address and enables signals from associated equipment to be interfaced into the fire alarm system. Input signals are fully displayed at the control panel and can be programmed to activate any system output. By routing loop wiring and installing interfaces adjacent to input equipment system integrity is decreased and the need for long spur wiring between equipment terminals and the fire alarm interface is eliminated.Complying with EN54 Part 18 the A45E-2 can be installed singly or used in groups to provide multiway inputs from equipment such as volt free zonal outputs from conventional fire alarm systems or flow valves from sprinkler installations. Housed in a low profile single width moulding the interface is designed to clip directly onto a standard DIN rail fixing or be installed in a SMB-DIN100 box two unit capacity or a SMB-DIN200 box four unit capacity.A red LED indicator positioned on the front moulding flashes when the interface has operated providing clear identification of the input signal source. Ziton ZP3AB-NLM3 Class-A Network Loop ModuleThe ZP3AB-NLM network loop module enables individual ZP3 control panels to be connected in a peer to peer secure loop network. If there is an open or short circuit present on the network wiring the NLMs determine where the fault lies isolate the faulty section of wiring and maintain full loop integrity.Total cable length throughout the network can be up to a maximum of two kilometres and may be extended by setting designated NLM modules as booster units contact Ziton technical support department for full details. The 2010-2-PIB is the most extended variant of the range and provides ways to interface other electronic equipment on site.The board can be plugged directly on the front of the main board inside the big size control panel variants on top of the new release 3 chassis. No additional wiring is required. You can use the pluggable connectors to make your connections to the field wiring. Connect an external power supply to the board directly to reduce the load of your system.The 2010-2-PIB Peripherals Interface Board provides eight inputs and outputs and four relay outputs for compatible control panels.
