An important element of the game are various random events and fierce competition with competing construction companies. For example, hippies who protest against the production of a given raw material, or psychopaths equipped with chainsaws and hockey masks, terrorizing our construction team, stand in the way of the implementation of our plans. To effectively slow down the competition, we can use a whole arsenal of dirty games , such as hiring thieves, saboteurs, party people and even ghosts. At a later stage of the game, the mafia also stands in our way. Having fallen into its favors, we can count on actions that are not necessarily legal and slow down the development of our rivals.
