It is both a fantastically practical piece of industrial design and a beautiful design statement. The Aspide the table lamp was first developed in 1970 and looks like none other lamp. The lamp takes its name from the Italian word, Asp, which alludes to the lamp's snake-like shape. The lamp's beautiful chrome surface beautifully reflects the surroundings, as well as the lamp's own light around the room where it is placed. Aspide is designed to be a versatile work lamp, both for use for work and reading with direct light, but also a lamp that can be used as mood lighting. Due to its chrome surface, Aspide will be a perfect addition to most furnishings in the modern home.
