Pragmatic Flutter Building Cross-Platform Mobile Apps for Android iOS Web & Desktop

Pragmatic Flutter Building Cross-Platform Mobile Apps for Android iOS Web & Desktop

Have you ever thought of creating beautiful blazing-fast native apps for iOS and Android from a single codebase? Have you dreamt of taking your native apps to the web and desktop without it costing a fortune? If so Pragmatic Flutter: Building Cross-Platform Mobile Apps for Android iOS Web & Desktop is the right place to start your journey to developing cross-platform apps. Google’s Flutter is the brand-new way for developing beautiful fluid and blazing-fast cross-platform apps for Android iOS web and desktops (macOS Linux Windows). Google’s new Fuchsia OS user interface (UI) is implemented using Flutter as well. Learning to develop mobile apps with Flutter opens the door to multiple devices form-factors and platforms using a single codebase. You don’t need any prior experience using Dart to follow along in this book; however it’s recommended that readers have some familiarity with writing code using one of the object-oriented programming languages. Your journey starts with learning to structure and organize the Flutter project to develop apps for multiple platforms. Next you will explore the fundamentals of Flutter widgets. The journey continues with Flutter’s layout widgets while also learning to build responsive layouts. You will get an understanding of organizing and applying themes and styles handling user input and gestures. Then you will move on to advanced concepts such as fetching data over the network and integrating and consuming REST API in your app. You will get hands-on experience on design patterns data modeling routing and navigation for multi-screen apps. When you are finished you will have a solid foundational knowledge of Flutter that will help you move on to building great and successful mobile apps that can be deployed to Android iOS web and desktop (macOS Linux Windows) platforms from a single codebase. | Pragmatic Flutter Building Cross-Platform Mobile Apps for Android iOS Web & Desktop

Principles of Synthetic Aperture Radar Imaging A System Simulation Approach

Principles of Synthetic Aperture Radar Imaging A System Simulation Approach

Principles of Synthetic Aperture Radar Imaging: A System Simulation Approach demonstrates the use of image simulation for SAR. It covers the various applications of SAR (including feature extraction target classification and change detection) provides a complete understanding of SAR principles and illustrates the complete chain of a SAR operation. The book places special emphasis on a ground-based SAR but also explains space and air-borne systems. It contains chapters on signal speckle radar-signal models sensor-trajectory models SAR-image focusing platform-motion compensation and microwave-scattering from random media. While discussing SAR image focusing and motion compensation it presents processing algorithms and applications that feature extraction target classification and change detection. It also provides samples of simulation on various scenarios and includes simulation flowcharts and results that are detailed throughout the book. Introducing SAR imaging from a systems point of view the author: Considers the recent development of MIMO SAR technologyIncludes selected GPU implementationProvides a numerical analysis of system parameters (including platforms sensor and image focusing and their influence)Explores wave-target interactions signal transmission and reception image formation motion compensationCovers all platform motion compensation and error analysis and their impact on final image radiometric and geometric qualityDescribes a ground-based SFMCW systemPrinciples of Synthetic Aperture Radar Imaging: A System Simulation Approach is dedicated to the use study and development of SAR systems. The book focuses on image formation or focusing treats platform motion and image focusing and is suitable for students radar engineers and micr | Principles of Synthetic Aperture Radar Imaging A System Simulation Approach

Introduction to Scheduling

Introduction to Scheduling

Full of practical examples Introduction to Scheduling presents the basic concepts and methods fundamental results and recent developments of scheduling theory. With contributions from highly respected experts it provides self-contained easy-to-follow yet rigorous presentations of the material. The book first classifies scheduling problems and their complexity and then presents examples that demonstrate successful techniques for the design of efficient approximation algorithms. It also discusses classical problems such as the famous makespan minimization problem as well as more recent advances such as energy-efficient scheduling algorithms. After focusing on job scheduling problems that encompass independent and possibly parallel jobs the text moves on to a practical application of cyclic scheduling for the synthesis of embedded systems. It also proves that efficient schedules can be derived in the context of steady-state scheduling. Subsequent chapters discuss scheduling large and computer-intensive applications on parallel resources illustrate different approaches of multi-objective scheduling and show how to compare the performance of stochastic task-resource systems. The final chapter assesses the impact of platform models on scheduling techniques. From the basics to advanced topics and platform models this volume provides a thorough introduction to the field. It reviews classical methods explores more contemporary models and shows how the techniques and algorithms are used in practice.

Livestock Ration Formulation for Dairy Cattle and Buffalo

Livestock Ration Formulation for Dairy Cattle and Buffalo

Livestock Ration Formulation for Dairy Cattle and Buffalo provides an interdisciplinary integrative perspective and optimization on dairy cattle feed formulation problem solving. It helps dairy farmers by introducing them the right frequency and right amount of balanced diet to be fed to cattle’s and buffaloes at different body condition so that their feeding cost should be decreased and there should be increase in income for dairy farmers as they don’t have enough knowledge of feeding practice. It helps animal nutritionist to work for dairy farmers which have very limited feed resources to fulfil nutrients requirement in terms of crude protein (CP) total digestible nutrient (TDN) calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) by developing a software programme to plan a balanced low budget diet. It includes the Linear and Goal programming model for non-pregnant dairy buffalo is been solved using Hybrid Real Coded Genetic Algorithm and the results are compared with Real Coded Genetic Algorithm (RGA) considering different versions like RGA without crossover RGA without Mutation RGA with crossover and mutation. These models can also be applied with other nutritional models like CNCPS INRA. This book is a step forward in that direction to provide least cost diet formulation based on nutrient requirement of the cattle and buffalo which is been calculated according to Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR 2013) and NRC (2001) on dry matter basis provides a clear and precise platform for other researcher in Animal Nutrition field which also give initial platform to build a software and android application to formulate least cost ration Based on data and algorithm used in this book which helps Dairy farmers directly to feed balanced diet at cheap rate. Features: It is a good reference to local dairy farmers by introducing them to the right frequency and right amount of balanced diet to be fed to cattle and buffaloes at different production cycles. It will provide basic platform and some solutions to built-up software about cattle nutrition development and least cost formulation for end-user. It has several techniques for optimizing animal diet formulation but a good balance between coding/programming and animal nutrition is incorporated towards application of soft computing technique to improve the quality of the solution due to rigidity of the constraints.
