The production is set in the realities of a joyful post-apocalyptic fantasy. There was a fall of civilization in this world long ago, but when the action began, these gloomy times are a distant past. People living in the land have regained their optimism and scour the ruins in search of raw materials and items useful in building new communities.
We play the role of a young craftsman who comes to the eponymous village of Portia to take part in the development of the town and become a productive member of the local community.

At the beginning of the game, we get a modest workshop in which we can construct various items, both for sale and for our own needs. As the game progresses, our business will slowly grow, bringing more and more profits and providing access to more and more interesting orders. While playing, players have to collect the raw materials needed to construct items. It is necessary, inter alia, cutting trees, harvesting various ores, collecting herbs, as well as establishing agricultural crops. We also regularly have to go on expeditions to dangerous areas, including dungeons full of monsters and traps, so we spend a lot of time skirmishes using the arcade combat system. Relationships with other villagers also play an important role. Each NPC has their own unique story and biography. While playing, the player can make friendships that significantly affect life in Portia. There is also the option of romancing and even getting married. The gameplay is diversified by the presence of many mini-games, such as fishing or snowball fights.
