Gingery Poolside Gin If you're a fan of gin, then grab a towel and a glass and get down to the pool as this is the gin for you! (If you're not a fan of ginger there's no beating around the bush..... this isn't the gin for you!). This is a gin where the Ginger (with a capital G) is the star of the show. Whilst juniper and other spices are found in the gin, they most definitely play a backing role. The aroma and flavour leave nothing to the imagination. Juniper, a touch of citrus and ginger are there from the start. Exceptionally refreshing, and deliciously warming with it. More from Gingery Perfect Serve We don't recommend playing with flavours with this gin. Take a large glass filled with ice and mix 50ml of the gin with 150 - 200ml of Tonic water. Garnish with a wedge of lime. If you're really a fan of ginger, then you could also try with Ginger Beer.

X-Gin 10cl

X-Gin Through a collaboration between Xolato's chocolatier Peter Messely and Patrick from De Moor distillery, comes something special.... X-Gin After many attempts, and over 45 different botanicals, this recipe was settles on. It combines juniper berries with 15 herbs and several of the best spices known to man. These include cocoa beans from Colombia, wild pepper and vanilla from Madagascar as well as hazelnuts from Piemonte in Italy. It is unique, and deliciously light on the palette. There is a lingering spiciness, with hints of chilli and cocoa. Juniper is quite pronounced at the start, but doesn't linger, allowing the other botanicals their own time to shine. You could say it has the taste of passion, a touch of cocoa and the tiniest whiff of vanilla It really is a special gin, it's pure and soft aromas definitely provoke an intense feeling of pleasure Read more about Xolato Perfect Serve A really versatile gin, this can quite easily be drunk neat over ice, but also works well in cocktails. For a classic G & T we recommend this one with Fentimans Connoisseurs Tonic Water. Mix 50ml of the gin with 200ml of tonic in a large copa glass filled with plenty of ice. Angostura Cocoa Bitters 10cl

Angostura Cocoa Bitters The original Angostura Aromatic Bitters were created by Dr Johann Gottlieb Benjamin Siegert, who was Surgeon General in Simon Bolivar's army in Venezuela. The drink was originally created for a use as a medicine, but survives to this day due to its wonderful richness and complexity that adds a great "extra dimension" to a drink. Their Cocoa Bitters, whilst used in a similar way to the original (enhancing drinks, deserts and food), are created using their own special recipe - using Trinitario cocoa from Trinidad and Tobago. When this cocoa is paired with 200 years of experience, a decadent indulgent new flavour was added to Angostura's portfolio of bitters! This rich, dark brown bitters has a distinct nose from the Cocoa. These are joined with warm spices, and just a hint of citrus. On the palate there are ricj, floral and nutty cocoa flavours which combine with aromatic botanicals. Together these tantalise the tastebuds in a way only cocoa can! More from The House of Angostura Perfect Serve This is a really versatile bitter, and works exceptionally well when paired with sweet vermouth or aged spirits, like whiskey, rum, cognac and tequila. However it also adds a really luxurious flavour to a main dish or sweet treat. We love this added to an espresso martini, where it gives a delicious extra note to the drink. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add 45ml of Vodka (we like Tito's, but any premium vodka will do), 15ml of coffee liqueur (we like Conker Cold Brew), 30ml of fresh espresso, 15ml of simple syrup and 6 dashes of cocoa bitters. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cocktail bean or two.

Aurora Floral Gin 10cl

Aurora Floral Gin For our floral gin, we reached out to our friends at DelRey Distillery, who used their skill and passion to create this delicious floral gin. Made for real gin lovers (well.... we would say we love Gin!), this was one of the fundamentals which were thought about when creating this gin. In addition to juniper (it is a gin after all), Egyptian Chamomile is one of the main botanicals used (known for its quality), which ensures a quality and refined floral aroma and flavour on the palate Whilst the full blend of botanicals is a most closely guarded secret (we don't want to give everything away now do we!), this is a bright gin with a defined and floral edge to it. This is joined by a delicate sweetness that enhances the botanical flavours and rounds out the gin on the palate. More from Gin Fling Perfect Serve We recommend this is enjoyed with either Fentimans Connoisseurs tonic (lets the gin itself do the talking), or their Elderflower & Rose Tonic (which enhances the floral notes even more). With either of these, take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin (half the mini bottle). Gently pour over 150ml of your chosen tonic and stir gently.
