Crafter's Aromatic Flower Gin Crafter's is an Estonian-made artisanal gin inspired by pure Nordic nature. Their Aromatic Flower Gin has a unique blend of 12 carefully selected aromatic botanicals. The elegant aroma of this gin, dominated by coastal Estonian rose hip flower and meadowsweet, is juicy, flowery, rounded, and complex. There is a rich bouquet of flavours. Crafter's London Dry Gin 1L

Crafter's London Dry Gin De Liviko-distilleerderij in Estland maakt al meer dan 100 jaar sterke drank. In feite bevindt de distilleerderij zich nog steeds in hetzelfde gebouw in het hart van Tallinn als 100 jaar geleden. Het waren twee vrouwen die samen de geschiedenis van Liviko, Mahta en Elfride creëerden. Ze speelden allebei een sleutelrol bij het beheersen van het ambacht van distilleren en zorgden ervoor dat de kennis werd doorgegeven aan de volgende generaties distilleerders. Naar deze twee vrouwen zijn de twee koperen potstills van de distilleerderij (het hart van de distilleerderij) genoemd. Om Crafter's gin te maken, liet Hanna Kaur, een natuurliefhebber en scheikundige, zich inspireren door de natuur. De Scandinavische cultuur heeft wortels in de seizoenen, de wilde bossen, vruchtbare grond en hun schone lucht. Samen met haar team ging ze op zoek naar onderscheidende gins van de hoogste kwaliteit - om alle liefhebbers van gin te inspireren, van barmannen tot de thuisliefhebber. Voor hun London Dry Gin (hun prijswinnende recept nr. 23) heeft Crafter's inspiratie (en plantaardige ingrediënten) gehaald uit de Scandinavische natuurlijke omgeving. Omdat dit een gin is, brengt de jeneverbes zowel dennen als frisse citrustonen. Venkelzaadjes geven wat meer pijnboompitten, een vleugje groene kruiden en wat pit. Deze worden vervolgens vergezeld door Veronica, die een delicate bloemige zachtheid geven. Koriander, citroen en sinaasappel ronden de botanicals af en zorgen voor een heerlijke en perfect uitgebalanceerde gin. Het algehele resultaat is heerlijk, verfrissend en heeft een perfecte balans tussen kruiden en citrus. De kruidige tonen worden in evenwicht gehouden door de pittige citrus - die het gehemelte verlicht, waardoor dit een geweldige gin is voor zowel een klassieke gin-tonic als in de mix.
