Quercus Chyprè. Created in 1996 Quercus declares itself with a bright burst of citrus and basil supported at the center by an accord of jasmine, cardamom and lily of the valley which is sweet, spicy and extremely delicate. The green of the basil persists in the base notes of surprisingly resistant musk and sandalwood. These are warmed with musk and patchouli to create an elegant, strong and energizing cologne. Called by the Latin name of the English oak Quercus, the large tree so dear to artists for the opulence of its foliage and its majestic image. The oak tree was extracted from its acorns, a precious substance believed by alchemists to be rich in mysterious aphrodisiac properties.
