MARIMEKKO Lineik Näkki Black 34

The Lineik tunic is made of nicely draping cupro in the Näkki pattern. The tunic has a slit at the left shoulder that is tied with narrow ribbons. The gathered sleeve ends have wide cuffs and slits with ribbon closures. The straight tunic has a slim fit. Cupro is an artificial fibre made from cellulose that requires less water, fertilizers, and pesticides to grow than for example cotton. Maija Isola’s artwork covers an amazingly wide range of motifs and design techniques. The Näkki (male water spirit) print displays a wavy rhythm of dense stripes. Marimekko.
