As the adversaries often have an overwhelming advantage in numbers, the mechanics of stealth, silent elimination of targets and freerunning, similar to the solutions from the Assassin's Creed series, are useful. Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is an action game with a third person perspective (TPP) set in Tolkien's Middle-earth.  Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is the work of the Monolith Productions development studio, which also has productions such as Aliens vs Predator 2 and F.E.A.R. Story Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor tells the story of the events taking place between The Hobbit and the first volume of The Lord of the Rings as the Dark Lord Sauron rallies to attack the Free Peoples once again. The main character of the game is Talion, one of the scouts of Gondor guarding the Black Gate of Mordor. Unfortunately, during an attack by evil forces, his wife and son dies, and immediately after that he himself. However, the devastated warrior is not allowed to find peace after death, for he is resurrected and inexplicably associated with a mysterious elven specter, trapped between the worlds for so long that he forgot even his own name. The two heroes join forces and embark on a crusade against the Black Hand of Sauron - the Dark Lord's most trusted servants. During the campaign, we can discover the truth behind Talion's return to the world of the living and learn about the history of the Rings of Power.
