Injustice 2 is a direct continuation of the 2013 Injustice: Gods Among Us, a warmly received 2.5D fight developed by the NetherRealm Studios team - authors of the best-selling Mortal Kombat series. Like its predecessor, the title went to stationary platforms (i.e. PCs and consoles) and mobile devices. Injustice 2 takes place in the universe created by DC Comics. After the events of the first installment of the series, the task of Batman and his companions is to rebuild society. On the other side of the barricade, however, Superman and his allies have positioned themselves, and the chaos that reigns on Earth is compounded by a new threat lurking on the horizon. Released on the PC platform, PS4, etc. Injustice 2 is an impressive fight in which we can take control of dozens of heroes created by DC Comics. In addition to Superman and Batman, during the game we play as Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, Green Lantern, or even Scarecrow. We fight in various arenas, located in Atlantis, Gotham City and Metropolis. The clashes are dynamic, and the key to success is the skillful use of the strengths of individual players and combining attacks into effective combinations. The biggest novelty introduced by the developers are RPG elements - while playing, we collect new pieces of equipment that affect the appearance of the characters and their combat potential, increasing their strength and endurance. The online multiplayer mode is available not only on mobile devices, but also on stationary platforms - in the latter case, it is also possible to play on a shared screen. Regardless of the platform, the graphics of Injustice 2 present a high level of workmanship. The attention is drawn to the refined character models, as well as the arenas rich in details. Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is an action game with a third person perspective (TPP) set in Tolkien's Middle-earth.  Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is the work of the Monolith Productions development studio, which also has productions such as Aliens vs Predator 2 and F.E.A.R. Story Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor tells the story of the events taking place between The Hobbit and the first volume of The Lord of the Rings as the Dark Lord Sauron rallies to attack the Free Peoples once again. The main character of the game is Talion, one of the scouts of Gondor guarding the Black Gate of Mordor. Unfortunately, during an attack by evil forces, his wife and son dies, and immediately after that he himself. However, the devastated warrior is not allowed to find peace after death, for he is resurrected and inexplicably associated with a mysterious elven specter, trapped between the worlds for so long that he forgot even his own name. The two heroes join forces and embark on a crusade against the Black Hand of Sauron - the Dark Lord's most trusted servants. During the campaign, we can discover the truth behind Talion's return to the world of the living and learn about the history of the Rings of Power. In the main campaign, consisting of twenty extensive missions, we encounter interesting NPCs (in several missions, among others, Gollum, well-known to fans of Tolkien's work, appear) and visit the ruins and fortresses of Mordor. Gameplay Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is an action game in which we observe the events from a camera placed behind the character's back. The game consists mainly in fighting hordes of orcs using extensive combat mechanics, based on a system taken from the Arkham series devoted to Batman. The main character can perform effective melee blows, combine attacks into more complex combinations, and use special blows (including brutal executions or area attacks). In turn, thanks to the powers of the wraith, he is able to attack enemies from a distance (using a bow) and take control of wild beasts - caragors and huge graugs, which can be used as mounts - and in the later stages of the game even subdue the orcs to help him in combat. As the adversaries often have an overwhelming advantage in numbers, the mechanics of stealth, silent elimination of targets and freerunning, similar to the solutions from the Assassin's Creed series, are useful.
