Ziton ZP752-2 Addressable Loop Interface Unit 13810-ZT

Ziton ZP752-2 Addressable Loop Interface Unit 13810-ZTThe ZP752-2 is a loop wired interface providing two conventional alarm circuits. It may programmed to operate from a single address a group or zone of devices or as a common output from any trigger device connected to the system.Power for the alarm circuits is supplied either from an external power supply unit or directly from the panels 24VDC supply via separate wiring. The ZP752-2 monitors its power supply and failure is reported to the main control panel automatically. On operation both sounder circuits are simultaneously activated. A red LED indicator is illuminated on the front of the unit to confirm operation.Fully monitored for open and short circuit faultsAny number of ZP752-2 units up to a max of 127 can be connected to the ZP loop. In systems complying with the recommendations of BS5839-1 where sounder response to the operation of a manual call point must be within 3 seconds up to 16 ZP752-2 output units assigned to the first 16 addresses on each loop can be operated within the time period.Wiring is monitored for open and short circuit faults by means of end of line resistors. Faults are automatically reported to the control panel together with the address of the ZP752-2 interface. An amber LED indicator on the front of the moulding is illuminated to indicate the fault condition.First and second fix installationDesigned for first and second fix installation the unit comprises an open back box containing all wiring terminals together with a front plate enclosure of high impact plastic housing all electronics printed circuit boards and selection switches. The two parts simply plug together prior to system completion. All loop devices incorporate switch settings enabling them to be assigned a unique address which is polled by the panel every two seconds.Key FeaturesTwo monitored sounder circuitsSupport for 3s response from manual call pointsAddressable - connects to ZP loopProgrammable for continuous or pulsed output

Ziton ZR4-RL Wireless Remote Indicator For Use On Ziton 868MHz Wireless Fire Alarm Systems

Ziton ZR4-RL Wireless Remote Indicator For Use On Ziton 868MHz Wireless Fire Alarm Systems

Ziton ZR4-RL Wireless Remote Indicator For Use On Ziton 868MHz Wireless Fire Alarm SystemsThe ZR4-RL Wireless Remote Indicator is a wireless remote indicator for use on Ziton 868MHz wireless fire alarm systems. The siting of field devices in confined or concealed spaces often results in the alarm indicator on the device moulding becoming obscured or hidden. In order to show the state of an alarm clearly when installed in areas such as ceiling or floor voids the ZR4-RL Wireless Remote Indicator can be programmed to indicate any alarm in the system and installed in any prominent position. The ZR4-RL has a high intensity red LED indicator positioned centrally on its white round plastic moulding together with the standard house on fire alarm symbol. The unit is designed to fit onto its wireless surface mounting base which also houses the batteries and the receivertransmitter for the wireless interface. An easy to mount first fix base is included where the orientation for wall mounting is clearly indicated allowing the unit to always be installed in the correct orientation when wall mounted.Key FeaturesHigh intensity red LED indicationCompatible with all ZP 868 MHz wireless fire alarm systemsBuilt-in locking mechanism preventing unauthorised removalFully supervised including removal and battery statusFully programmable - may be linked to any single or combination of system alarmsEN5425 Approved

Ziton ZP3-PR1 Optional Printer Kit

Ziton ZP3-PR1 Optional Printer Kit

Ziton ZP3-PR1 Optional Printer KitThe ZP3-PR1 is a 24 character dot matrix printer which can be fitted to the front door of the ZP3 control panel. The kit comprises a printer module printed circuit driver board and the necessary mounting hardware to fit the unit. The printer is software controlled with operating parameters simply configured in the fire alarm system set up programme to respond to a comprehensive range of system events. Fire alarms faults panel operations and activated outputs are automatically printed out as they occur with facilities to suppress any event category - for example print fire alarms suppress disablements.Report and archive printingPrintouts of selected sections of the ZP3 panel archive based upon the last 1000 events can also be produced by date and time on demand. A comprehensive series of reports detailing system operation or maintenance information can be printed ranging from system configuration and input output mapping through to sensor analogue levels and servicing requirements.Service reports can include individual sensor status listing point type sensitivity zone and service and near service condition.Easily installed moduleEasily installed the self-contained printer module is clamped to the rear of the panel door in line with an aperture provided as standard on all ZP3 control panels. Data connections are by means of ribbon cable with power supply provided by plug and socket arrangement. The printer unit includes a paper feed control and a no paper indication when the paper roll is exhausted. The printer module is designed with front access - through which paper roll and print ribbon can be replaced without opening the control panel enclosure. The ZP3-PR1 printer is part of the range of optional facilities which can be added cost effectively to any ZP3 control panel in order to provide extra features that may not be a requirement of every system.Key Features64 character ASCII upper and lower case printerEasily installedOperation and maintenance reportsPaper roll and ink ribbon cartridge replaced without opening panel

Ziton ZP3AB-NLM3 Class-A Network Loop Module

Ziton ZP3AB-NLM3 Class-A Network Loop Module

Ziton ZP3AB-NLM3 Class-A Network Loop ModuleThe ZP3AB-NLM network loop module enables individual ZP3 control panels to be connected in a peer to peer secure loop network. If there is an open or short circuit present on the network wiring the NLMs determine where the fault lies isolate the faulty section of wiring and maintain full loop integrity.Total cable length throughout the network can be up to a maximum of two kilometres and may be extended by setting designated NLM modules as booster units contact Ziton technical support department for full details. Communication between loop modules operates by RS485 protocol over screened twisted pair wiring.Unique address on the network loopZP3AB-NLM3 modules connect to ZP3 control panels via a ZP3AB-NET1 card and are designed to fit onto an auxiliary chassis inside each control panel or auxiliary equipment cabinet. Each ZP3 control panel is connected to the loop network through an ZP3AB-NLM3 module. All modules incorporate switch settings enabling them to be assigned a unique loop address. An output fault signal is provided by a volt free changeover relay with contacts rated at 1A at 230VDC30VAC.Diagnostic and system indicationIn each network loop one module must be set to address 1 and designated as the master. This device manages the healing sequence and monitors loop integrity. All other modules are connected to the network loop in slave mode.In slave mode modules can operate in multiple modesBoost - serving as an interconnection between panels at distances over 1000 metresHealing establishing the condition of the loop and isolating sections if necessaryRecovered normal condition after a section isolationDiagnostic system interrogation to establish the location of a break in the loop wiringIn addition to indications of data being transmitted and received from each port LED indicators are also provided for System OK Loop Fault Loop Open and Data Error.Key FeaturesProvides a secure loop networkEnhanced LED diagnosticsBoost mode for long cable runsPropagation time periods for third party equipment operationCommunications screen isolation between input and output channels
