Best used with a water-based adhesive, such as their very own Gilding Paste, you're able to easily create a unique, aged or crackled vintage style with a shimmering finish in your illustrations, on frames, decorations & more! Alternatively, using Gilding Leaves would produce a similar finish, but with a smoother application thanks to their larger sheets. These are available in both a vibrant gold & a shimmering silver tone. Instructions Make sure the surface you're working with is clean & dry. Apply the Gilding Paste, using a soft, synthetic brush. Leave to dry for around 15 minutes, or until it feels "tacky". Brushing delicately with your soft brush, carefully lay the flakes over the prepared area. Be sure to use a varnish to protect your finished piece, whatever that may be.

Recommended for moulding objects that require fineness strength and whiteness. For professional adults. Mixing advice Use 3 parts powder to 1 part water. Beginning of setting: 8 minutes. End of setting: 15 minutes. Demoulding is recommended after 30 minutes. To prepare your plaster: Pour water into a large container. Spread the plaster on the surface of the water. Allow the plaster to absorb the water for 1-2 minutes without mixing. Then stir gently and allow air bubbles to rise to the surface. Never add water after the mixing. Slowly pour the plaster along the side of the mould. For complex shapes, empty and start again.
