The Aquarius Shower Commode Chair is a modern, stylish and multi-functional Shower Chair that can be used as a shower chair, a freestanding toilet raiser, a commode or perching stool. Made from a combination of high-quality plastic and aluminium, the Aquarius Shower Chair is both lightweight and strong, but with a small degree of flexibility built into the frame of the chair. This flexibility gives the chair a much more stable and safer feel as it can adapt to both uneven floors and changes in weight distribution that occur when a user moves position on the chair. This Shower Chair is height-adjustable to promote a comfortable sitting position for most users and with its back and arms offers maximum support. The Aquarius has been designed using a very clever modular concept which means that the armrests, the backrest, or both can be individually removed to give the user the widest possible range of use. To make height adjustment of the chair as simple as possible the telescopic legs (each fitted with a non-slip, non-marking ferrule), are slightly oval in shape making it very easy to locate the secure locking button quickly at the desired height.
