Conception : Space Copenhagen pour GUBI, 2021 Concept: Le lustre Howard est le résultat d'une collaboration entre les danois GUBI et Space Copenhagen, qui ont conçu un hommage à la palette de matériaux du style new-yorkais. Les métaux sombres et l'esthétique industrielle qui caractérisent emblématiquement la ville de millions d'habitants sont ici interprétés dans l'esprit scandinave. Avec ses « bras de pieuvre », le lustre a une forte expression moderne et sophistiquée dans la pièce et prend tout son sens en étant suspendu au-dessus de la table à manger, afin qu'il puisse avoir de l'espace et de l'air pour remplir la pièce. La chaleur, la force et la subtilité du lustre orneront à la fois la maison minimaliste et industrielle et attireront le regard avec style. Le lustre Howard est disponible en plusieurs tailles et avec 4 ou 6 « bras de pieuvre » et les abat-jour sont disponibles dans une finition bronze foncé et industrielle et une porcelaine de porcelaine tendre plus discrète et plus douce qui laisse la lumière s'échapper à travers l'abat-jour et remplir la pièce. .
GUBI Howard Chandelier, 6 Arm (Gunmetal)
A grand gesture to grace public and private spaces, the Howard Chandelier’s warmth, strength and subtlety is Space Copenhagen’s distinctly Scandinavian celebration of New York’s industrial palette. Abundant with material and atmospheric references from the SoHo location of the Howard Hotel, for which they were originally designed, they exude a warm, tactile feel. Four long, slender, ‘octopus arms’ provide a modern and sophisticated shape, while the gunmetal brass shades with a brushed brass interior lend an industrial and functional aesthetic. For a more gentle effect, a bone china shade – providing softer, more glowing ambient light – can also be selected. The carefully crafted Howard Chandelier is the centrepiece of the Howard Collection which can be combined to create a highly coherent atmosphere in the home, hotel or boardroom.
