Efter opdagelsen af de immune har overmagten forsket i cellekloning som deres sidste håb for at vende tilbage til det liv, der engang var, inden tredje verdenskrig i 2040 havde gjort planeten ubeboelig på grund af saringas. Nyx stoler ikke på overmagten, og hadet kompliceres, da hun opdager, at overlægen, som hun i hemmelighed dater, står i spidsen for projektet. Overmagten tester en gruppe unge, og de immune sendes herefter ud i et dødsspil i Kaira for at finde de ti stærkeste til forsøget. Naturligvis skulle læger, forskere, sygeplejersker og andre vigtige personer have mulighed for et godt liv i Kalopsia, og så må vi andre tage os til takke med det vi har. Hun synes det er i orden, eftersom det er dem som skal styre samfundet samt udvikle medicinske behandlingsformer og eventuelle vacciner. Det er dem som kæmper for et mirakel til menneskeheden. Jeg elsker min søster, men vi kommer aldrig til at have samme synspunkt på alle ting. Om forfatteren Malliccha Diana er en dansk kunstner og forfatter, som gennem sin opvækst altid har været inspireret af den kreative branche. Lige fra barnsben har hendes største ønske været at være i stand til at kunne berøre et publikum med sine historier og give stof til eftertanke.
