Denne cuvée Tête d'Or er produceret med druer fra produktionsområdets bedste områder. Herfra kommer de klynger, der netop bliver til Premier og Grand Cru, og ligheden ved sidstnævnte er virkelig overraskende: antydninger til citrus og hvid frugt, en rig, frisk, meget elegant mund og en ekstraordinær finish præget af vedvarende mineralnoter og vaniljefrugt. En perfekt afbalanceret helhed med stort potentiale.
Druer høstes manuelt, presses og macereres ved kølige temperaturer i 7 dage. Fermentering helt i temperaturstyret rustfrit stål. Vinen ældes i 12 måneder i 80% rustfrit stål, 20% eg.

Opening in the glass with scents of green apple, lemon, oyster shell, smoke and dried white flowers, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and precise, with an incisive spine of acidity and a tight-knit core that will reward at least a couple of years in the cellar."
