Call of Juarez: The Cartel is the third installment of the series of FPP shooters, created by the Polish studio Techland. This time the action is set in modern times, and the plot focuses on the struggle with the eponymous drug cartel. Story The plot of Call of Juarez: The Cartel focuses on the struggle with the eponymous drug cartel. After criminals carry out a bloody bombing of one of US law enforcement's buildings, authorities come to believe that the mafia has successfully infiltrated federal agencies. A special unit is created to fight the bosses of the drug underworld. It includes Kim Evans (an FBI agent, former street gang member), Eddie Guerra (a gambling addicted DEA officer) and Ben McCall (a hard cop from Los Angeles, descendant of Ray McCall - the hero of Call of Juarez). The task of the trio of law enforcement officers is to capture the leader of a dangerous cartel. Following him, the heroes of the game travel through California, Arizona and New Mexico to reach the title Juarez in Mexico.
