This time the action is set in modern times, and the plot focuses on the struggle with the eponymous drug cartel. Story The plot of Call of Juarez: The Cartel focuses on the struggle with the eponymous drug cartel. After criminals carry out a bloody bombing of one of US law enforcement's buildings, authorities come to believe that the mafia has successfully infiltrated federal agencies. A special unit is created to fight the bosses of the drug underworld. It includes Kim Evans (an FBI agent, former street gang member), Eddie Guerra (a gambling addicted DEA officer) and Ben McCall (a hard cop from Los Angeles, descendant of Ray McCall - the hero of Call of Juarez). The task of the trio of law enforcement officers is to capture the leader of a dangerous cartel. Following him, the heroes of the game travel through California, Arizona and New Mexico to reach the title Juarez in Mexico. Each of them has their own motives for action and the problems they have to face. Thanks to this, playing the role of different heroes, players have the opportunity to see the story in a slightly different light. The game endings are also different.

Valiant Hearts: The Great War is an action adventure game set during the First World War with a cartoon, two-dimensional graphic design. Ubisoft Montpellier studio is responsible for the creation of the title, which has, among others, very successful two-dimensional arcade games Rayman Origins and Rayman Legends.  The plot tells the story of four people whose fates intertwine in the trenches of the Western Front. Here we have a French farmer forced to serve in the military, an American volunteer seeking private revenge, a Belgian paramedic trying to find his missing father, and a German infantryman who was separated from his family. The factor that connects all these characters is a kind dog, which has the interesting ability to direct events in people's lives on the right track and a desire to return to normal life as soon as possible. The story takes place over the years 1914-1918, and the individual stages take place in different chronological periods. Interestingly, the plot is heavily based on authentic letters from soldiers from World War I.  The nature of the game depends to a large extent on the character you control at the moment. The game therefore offers both dexterity and those in which we have to strain gray cells. In addition to the sequences that require fast and efficient movement, there are also more or less complex puzzles to solve, and even scenes straight from stealth, when we pass unnoticed by our opponents, distracting them with thrown stones. Exploration elements have also been implemented, moreover, we can often count on the company of the aforementioned four-legged friend to help us.  When creating this title, the UbiArt Framework engine was used (known for example from the aforementioned Rayman games), so we are dealing here with a very aesthetic and atmospheric visual setting, reminiscent of a comic book. Despite the fact that the story told in Valiant Hearts is extremely sad, the developer made sure that the production could also bring a smile to our faces. Like the two previous editions, the seven was created under the auspices of Ubisoft, but the task of producing the game was once again entrusted to a new developer. This time it fell on the German studio Limbic Entertainment, a team that previously developed add-ons for Might & Magic: Heroes VI and the RPG Might & Magic X: Legacy set in the same universe. The story told by Might & Magic: Heroes VII takes place ten years after the events of Heroes of Might and Magic V, and its centerpiece is the civil war for the throne of the Empire. The production introduces a completely new faction of Wu Lin to the game, inspired by China and composed of several different heroes. Gameplay The biggest new feature in For Honor: Marching Fire is the new Wu Lin faction. It includes four fighters with skills and fighting style inspired by ancient China. The last new fighter is Nuxia named Lin Yao. It is quite a classic representative of the Assassin class - fast, agile and deadly on the offensive. Her characteristic skill is setting traps on enemies (she can perform fins, after which she traps the opponent's weapons in her shuang gou. She can also efficiently counterattack immediately after a parade or deflecting a blow.
