Chicken Police is an original adventure game developed by the independent studio The Wild Gentlemen. The sources of inspiration for the creators include both classic noir films from the 1940s (The Big Dream, Gilda, Double Insurance) and video games like Grim Fandango and Snatcher. Chicken Police takes us on a journey to the fictional city of Clawville, inhabited by anthropomorphic animals. The main characters of this production, Sonny Featherland and Marty McChicken, are legendary rooster detectives who used to be a truly brilliant duo, but at some point their paths diverged. The former has developed alcoholism, while the latter, under the guise of a star, hides problems that have led him to the brink of the abyss. Faced with the need to solve a strange and dark case, the protagonists must once again join forces and plunge into the criminal world of Clawville. Chicken Police combines solutions straight from adventure games with elements taken from visual novel games. During the game, the primary role is played by talking to over thirty characters. While some turn out to be unrelated to the case, others hide numerous secrets that they only reveal during interrogations. We meet them in various places; There are over thirty locations to visit in Clawville, and many of them change over time. Sine Mora EX is a refreshed version of the warmly received shoot'em up, which debuted in 2012. Contrary to the prototype developed by the duo of Digital Reality and Grasshopper Manufacture, the production in question here was created on the initiative of THQ Nordic. The game hit many platforms, the list of which includes Switch, PC, etc. The action of Sine Mora EX takes place in a retro-futuristic world. Players find themselves in an exotic land shimmering with a riot of colors, where there is a constant battle between the forces of the Empire and its opponents. During the game, we have the opportunity to visit a large part of it - the struggle takes place against the backdrop of mountain landscapes, under water and by the ocean, as well as among industrial buildings. The core of Sine Mora EX on the Switch platform, PC etc. is the fight against hordes of enemies. The action is presented from a side perspective, and the player sits at the controls of planes that differ in terms of the weapons installed on them and various gadgets that guarantee an advantage over the adversaries. In addition to standard opponents, which do not require much effort to defeat, bosses from time to time stand in our way. Duels with them require not only proper reflexes, but also the development of an effective tactic. It is worth mentioning that with beginners in mind, three levels of difficulty have been prepared, which define the aggressiveness and number of opponents present on the screen at the same time. The Sine Mora EX pillar is a story campaign consisting of seven stages. It should be noted that during it, players cannot influence the settings of individual planes - the differences between them depend only on the pilot who takes part in a given mission. Things are different in the special Arcade mode - here we can choose one of fifty combinations of weapons, and our actions are monitored by the scoring system and online rankings.

Lock's Quest is an original genre hybrid, combining elements characteristic of RTS , RPGs and tower defense productions. The production debuted in 2008 on the Nintendo DS console, and years later it got a remastered version, released on personal computers, stationary consoles and mobile devices. The New York-based Digital Continue studio is responsible for its development. Story Action Lock's Quest takes place in a fantasy world. The main character - the title Lock - is one of the so-called Archineers. Representatives of this profession devote themselves to the study of the mysterious resource known as the Source. On the basis of this substance, an entire kingdom functions, which one day is attacked by the Clockwork army under the command of Lord Agony . The events we take part in take place over 75 days of warfare taking place in different parts of the land. Gameplay Each of the 75 days of conflict means a new battle in Lock's Quest . The game was divided into two phases: preparation and combat. In the first one, the player's task is to build defense towers in the vicinity of sacred artifacts, which must be protected against the temptations of enemies. The combat potential of individual buildings differs depending on the materials used - we have at our disposal, among others, stone, wood and metal. If we want to win, we also have to set traps - we can install, among other things, quicksand and cannons that fire projectiles that slow down the enemies they hit. Then it is time for the proper clash, in which Lock also takes an active part - during the skirmishes he uses a wide range of attacks, effective both against single opponents and against groups of opponents. In addition, simple mini-games have been implemented here, which are launched when we repair damaged structures. As we are successful, we earn money to buy new, more powerful items.
