One of the most popular post-apocalyptic games, Fallout 4 released by Bethesda Softworks in 2015 now delivers a new virtual reality experience. Released in 2017 for the HTC Vive, Fallout 4 VR presents the same seemingly unchanged world, but tailored for exploration and experience deeper than ever before. The world may not have changed much, but the experience is completely different, with graphics and systems adapted to interact with them using motion controllers.  Brief storyline The game is set in the year 2278, where over 200 years have passed since the nuclear war, and players take on the role of a survivor who wakes up in a vault from a cryogenic sleep. The main plot thread focuses on finding the main character's son, but this is made more difficult by the fact that it is unknown how much time has passed since the kidnapping. The player must escape the vault, survive in the wilderness, interact with people, and explore a completely altered world to find the missing child. Gameplay The gameplay, as in the basic version of the game, focuses on exploring the open world of the wasteland and all its locations, completing tasks given by NPCs in order to find the missing son and discover more secrets of the Fallout world. Players, as in other games in the Fallout series, must level up their characters and choose skills and perks from the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. skill tree to make them stronger, which can be achieved through combat, completing quests and interacting with the world. The player can also build settlements, craft weapons and equipment from materials collected during adventures. In VR, all movement is done with motion controllers, and the character walks either dynamically or through teleportation for those who may suffer from motion sickness. Pickup Fallout 4 in VR showed many players the difference that the VR version makes over the standard version. With the new perspective, you can enjoy the experience in a completely different, more detailed way, which has become crucial for many players, despite the time it takes to get used to all the systems and sometimes clunky shooting mechanics. The Year One Pass includes two campaign expansions: The Ancient Gods -- Part One and The Ancient Gods -- Part Two.  Doom Eternal for the classic FPP shooter, which is a direct continuation of the Doom continuation from 2016, i.e. a great reboot by critics and players of the legendary FPS series, which was born in 1993. The title was supervised by a proven team from the id Software studio. During the adventure, players travel between dimensions, visiting, among others A land invaded by demons from hell. To defeat them, you can use a rich arsenal of deadly weapons, known from the previous part, but improved with a few gadgets. The plot directly continues the events of the previous part and begins some time after its end. Once again we play the role of a Doom Slayer endowed with superhuman abilities to stop the forces of hell that got to Earth and other places in the solar system. In addition to the Blue Planet, during the campaign, we also visit, among others Mars and its moon, Phobos - as well as locations in alternate dimensions. Doom Eternal develops the formula from the previous part and focuses primarily on even faster action. New movement skills help us in this, such as quick dodge (dash) or climbing, as well as gadgets mounted on the hero's armor and weapons. We have, for example, a flamethrower on the arm and a hook with a chain mounted in the shotgun. Killing weakened opponents, the so-called glory kills, has been updated with new animations and is the main method of restoring health. In this way, the authors made sure that only staying in motion and staying not too far from the opponents would allow them to achieve triumphs. In addition, the ammunition is supplemented by using a chainsaw, and armor is obtained by setting demons on fire with the aforementioned flamethrower. New to Doom from 2016 is a greater emphasis on environmental puzzles and platform challenges. Often getting from point A to point B can cause the player no less trouble than winning the battle with the demons. The number of secrets to find and other side activities has also increased, thanks to which the fun does not end with defeating the last boss (reaching him, by the way, takes about 15 hours).
